Down to earth, warm, and enthusiastic, Constance was brought to Oregon from the East Coast by a love of adventure and nature. She is passionate about helping clients find the right space to cultivate a sense of possibility; a space for their dreams to take root and grow.
In her down time, you can find Constance living the VW van life her family, soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, supporting local non-profits, or celebrating Portland’s local music scene.

With 17+ years in the industry, Matt Guy is a native Oregonian who cares deeply about his clients and helping them find and create a home. He values communication and understands it as a core part of the real estate process.
Matt loves to spend time hiking in the Gorge, camping on the coast, seeing live music, and rooting for the Portland Timbers with his amazing family.

She helped me buy my first house while I was living out of state (and unable to travel because my newly adopted dog turned out to be a psycho that has gone on to scare every sitter/friend/family member he's ever met), and I trusted her judgement completely. Through Living Room Realty’s Loving Room Fund, we give 5% of all sales to local nonprofits. When the sale of your home closes, you choose which organization you’d like to support and we take care of it.
Taking Ownership PDX is a small-but-mighty community collective that renovates and revives Black-owned homes, with an emphasis on enabling Black homeowners to age in place and generate wealth, and simultaneously deflect the gentrification process.
Rose Haven provides an array of services to help homeless and abused women and gender non-confirming people.
African American Alliance for Homeownership is a Portland-based nonprofit that offers homeownership education, counseling, and foreclosure prevention support.

During that time I’ve had the opportunity to work with countless commercial and residential brokers. I can say that Constance Rigney is the most professional residential real estate broker I’ve ever worked with.
Constance assisted my daughter and I by representing us when we purchased a home recently in Portland, Oregon. Besides knowing what the rules of the game are, she lined up inspections, which was a godsend, given that I am 3,000 miles away.
